This form is used to remove BTL Certifications and/or BTL Listings from the BTL Listing of Tested Products Database and move them to the BTL Archived Listing Database. Applicants need to know the BTL Listing number (BTL-#####). This number is found on all BTL Listing documents published or updated since 2017. For those published prior to 2017, hover over the listing icon on for the BTL Listing that is to be removed. The listing file name will appear at the bottom of your page. (BTL_Listing_######_company_product) BTL-##### is the BTL Listing Number.
